Number 3 (Penny) is on the way home tonight.  Greg, Ruth and I are waiting for the mini van to collect us and head to the Airport for my midnight flight.  We had a great day of visiting a couple of wildlife parks today.  The elephant orphanage was the highlight.  We saw the two groups of about 8 baby elephants come for their daily bottle of milk.  The head handler then told each elephant's story of how they were rescued.  One little guy had fallen into a manhole on a pipe line.  He was found by a cattle herder coming by.  The man was unable to lift him out, so he went and got some men from his village to come and help.  He then found the men from the village wanted to bar-b-que the baby elephant rather than save his life!
The minivan man has just pulled up outside ... will finish off later.
See you in Toowoomba.
